WINEMAKING PROCESS
Machine picked in the cool of the night to maintain
freshness and acidity. The fruit is then delicately
tipped and pressed, with the juice transferred
directly to barrel for fermentation.
WINEMAKING NOTES
This Chardonnay offers lively aromas of citrus and
stone fruit, whilst flavours of nectarine and peach
seamlessly integrate the palate creating a clean
and crisp finish. This wine will develop further
complexity over the next 5-7 years.
