 “Glossy pale to mid-toned pink in the glass, this Pinot Noir varietal Rosé sends all the right clues to begin: fresh red berry/ fruit aromas, before it all spills into the palate with energy and enthusiasm, as well as some depth of flavour and texture, a lively base line of tingly acidity for freshness and length, and even a faint hint of more adult amaro-like notes in the finish. All the good things in a wine of this style.”
