Lambrook Seed Shiraz 2023 x 12

This Shiraz has a vibrant deep red colour with aromas of plum and blackberry. The palate has Spice, plum and dark fruits, firm structured tannins complete a fully rounded and long palate.

 “Note at first the vivid purple colour of this Hills Shiraz, which telegraphs 
what follows in its bright blueish floral nasals, top-noting subtle woody 
bush floor characters underneath. Palate-wise it’s all about fresh plum and 
dark-cherry fruit flavours, backed in by subtle French oak spicing courtesy  
of 30% new barrel treatment. A solid wine without being heavy or  
over-bearing – good looking Hills Shiraz.
