Our family-owned boutique winery has been producing Sparkling Riesling for over 30 years, right in the heart of Clare Valley, Australia’s Riesling paradise. Our journey began with a dream to craft a sparkling wine that was not only a joy to drink, but truly represents the unique terroir of our dry-grown estate vineyards, nestled near Sevenhill. These vines, planted in the 1970s on sloping hillsides, benefit from the cool, high-elevation climate, yielding grapes that encapsulate expressive, vibrant flavours.

Our Sparkling Riesling is perfect for any occasion – whether enjoyed alone, as part of a celebration, as an aperitif with nibbles, or paired with fresh seafood like oysters, prawns, and lobster. Its versatility and delightful taste make it an ideal companion for times when you would typically enjoy champagne.
Winemaking
Our winemaking approach blends tradition with meticulous craftsmanship. The grapes for our Sparkling Riesling are hand-picked from our venerable vines, ensuring only the finest quality in each bottle. In our winery, we transform these precious grapes into a wine that exhilarates the senses before it undergoes a second fermentation process to become a sparkling wine. Each sip offers a burst of citrus zest and a bouquet of floral aromatics, followed by a crisp, dry finish. The wine’s light, refreshing character, coupled with a fine bead and creamy mousse, makes it a delightful experience.
Non-Vintage
Our dedicated winemaking team expertly blends select cuvées from various vintages, creating a non-vintage Sparkling Riesling that embodies harmony and consistent excellence. This approach not only showcases the venerable Riesling varietal but also ensures that each bottle delivers a consistent, high-quality flavour profile, year after year, unaffected by the natural variances of individual vintages.
