Wirra Wirra Vineyards The Angelus Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 x 6

Deep crimson with a cherry wood hue at the rim. Long-ripened blackcurrants and varietal leaf are enriched with polished cedar, leather and meaty char. Thyme and cassis are laced with sandalwood, clove and Chinese angelica. Dark plums and redcurrant remind us of the wines primary nature. Vine fruits, violets and forest floor are followed by complex, dark and savoury flavours with dried herb, coffee, pan scrapings. A restrained coil of tannin drives the palate into length and succulence.
