Welcome to light red done different. The Misfit Light Red Blend features four varieties that do not fit, but there's peace in chaos and this zippy red blend will suit a pizza afternoon to a tee.
TASTING NOTE:
Bright purple hue with a nose strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry. The palate is zippy, crunch, fun, bright and energetic. Clear acid drive, jubey and fresh.
THE BLEND:
Cabernet Franc 40% / Petite Verdot 40% / Viognier 10% / Semillon 10%
VINIFICATION:
Carbonic Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc pressed to stainless after 15 days fermenting under Co2. Whole bunch pressed Viognier and 10 day skin contact Semillon all pressed to a common tank to reside on lees until bottling.
