The wine is light straw in colour with hints of developed gris notes due to partial time on skins. It displays notes of honeysuckle and ripe nashi pear on the nose with undertones of citrus fruit. The palate is plush and full with fine acidity making this wine a fantastic match for a variety of foods

Fruit for this wine was handpicked from our single vineyard site “The View” approx 300 metres above sea level. Grapes were bunch sorted, pressed and cold settled to allow eight hours of skin contact. It was then matured on lees with periodic stirring. The wine has been matured seasoned French oak barrels for six months to add complexity.
