Grape varieties: Rolle 74%, Grenache Blanc 26%

Nose: Pale yellow colour with silvery-green reflections. Intense nose on the freshness of exotic fruits, pineapple, mango, coconut. Sweet notes of orange blossom.

Palate: Suave, greedy and elegant, marked by its balance and persistence. Aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, lemon supported by a background of verbena bringing freshness.

Food pairings: Scallop carpaccio and passion fruit, green asparagus with citrus butter, chicken with red curry, fresh goat's cheese, white chocolate mousse.

Technical characteristics: Mechanical harvest. Alcohol content at 13.5%.
