Nose of lemon, citrus, stone fruit and white blossom. The palate is zippy, acid driven lemon/lime citrus forward, slate-minerality present. Biscoff touch on the finish.
THE BLEND:
Semillon 45% / Viognier 45% / Riesling 10%
VINIFICATION:
Semillon spends 10 days on skins, Viognier and Resiling whole bunch pressed. All moved to common tank to co-ferment on fine lees.
