A sparkling wine offering both lancing precision with a delightful light red fruit lift that is rosé. Had four months on lees to introduce complexity within its tightly coiled frame. The structure and tight refinement makes it ideal as an aperitif style. Crisp and pure with vitality through to the long focused finish.
